Ms. Lauren takes us through tap technique. This is suitable for 3 and up. It is a great intro to tap, or can be used to warm up the feet and body for older students.
Ms. Lindsey takes us through a ballet dances geared towards 3-5 year-olds. Some 2 year-olds will be able to perform this dance, while older children may find it appropriate as well.
Ms. Leah takes us through a tap warm-up geared towards ages 4-6. Please note that 3 year-olds with formal dance training may be able to do this warm-up, while older children without formal dance training might find it appropriate.
Ms. Lindsey takes us through a ballet warm-up. This activity is perfectly suited for children as young as 2, but also functions for young elementary children.
