Ms. Leah takes us through a tap warm-up geared towards ages 4-6. Please note that 3 year-olds with formal dance training may be able to do this warm-up, while older children without formal dance training might find it appropriate.
Ms. Leah takes us through a ballet warm-up that stretches the body and prepares us for movement. This can also stand alone as a nice stretch with gentle movement. This activity is perfectly suited for children as young as 2, but also functions for young elementary children.
