Ms. Laura leads us through a quick starfish breath activity that helps to ground, relax, and calm. This is a very brief exercise, and it gives the kids a tool to use to calm themselves.
Ms. Katie takes us through a 30-min Creative Movement class filled with stretching, exercise, and conditioning.
Ms. Lauren takes us through some tap technique. This technique is perfect for ages 4 and up. Some 3 year-olds may be able to do the technique if they've had formal dance training.
